Mission/Goals
The mission of Pet Partners, Incorporated, is to ensure that no adoptable animal will be euthanized.
Our GOALS are AMBITIOUS because we are MOTIVATED by seeking to advance the HEALTH and WELL BEING of HOMELESS animals that need CARE and a safe HAVEN.
 Build a new 6,000 square foot animal shelter in Rawlins-Carbon County, Wyoming - goal met
Initiate spay and neuter clinics for pets in Carbon County and for shelter animals - goal met
Recruit temporary foster care families for unadopted pets - ongoing and current
Ensure that all adoptable pets are vaccinated
Enroll sponsors for animals at the shelter
Enlist compassionate volunteers to groom shelter animals - goal met
FERAL CAT MANAGEMENT POLICY and Implement Dog Parks in Rawlins
Offer educational programs in schools and our community
Promote a greater awareness of the Rawlins Rochelle Animal Shelter services and needs
